Odoo 13 Paid Ribbon

Now knowing the status of the invoice as paid to the user is not a hard task. In Odoo 13, the users can also get easily the status of the invoice by a new widget ‘Paid Ribbon’. If the user paid his invoice fully then a green paid mark will show on the invoice. So, now let's have a detail look at it :

Menu->Sales->Quotations->

Create a new quotation

Select the Create-> button to create a new sale quotation.

Enter details :

• Select Customer
• Expiration date
• Payment Terms
• Add the product and then enter the quantity

Then Save-> the created quotation.

Confirm-> the sale.

Go to Delivery-> for the delivery of the product.

Edit-> the delivery status after the delivery is done.

 

 

Change the done values to 10. Then Save-> the delivery form.And

Validate-> the delivery.

Go back to the quotation

After the delivery we want to create the Invoice. For that select the Create Invoice-> button to create the invoice.

Select the option.

Create and View invoices->

 

Post-> the invoice.

 

If the payment is done, then click the Register Payment-> for register the payment of the sale.

 

Select Journal (Bank or Cash) then,

Validate-> the payment.

So the invoice is form after full payment. A green Paid widget is shown on the right side of the invoice. So, this is the new Paid Ribbon in odoo13.
