METRO is a leading international food wholesaler and operates in 30 countries. The store network comprises a total of 628 stores in 21 countries, of which 535 offer outof-store delivery (OOS), and 65 dedicated depots. In 9 countries, METRO runs only the delivery business by its delivery companies (Food Service Distribution, FSD).
Implementation Methodology:
Techanaueus implemented the Metro Myanmar store. the initial Implementation were not success. The client’s requirement were not met in implementation and customisations. Their complete business operations were not met in Implementation.
Also they were unhappy with the support from the Initial Vendor .After that they comes to Technaureus, then we will provide them a best solution for their business.
We integrate our Catch Weight Management Solution to ease them businesses,productions stock managements.
HoReCa and Traders are core customer groups of METRO. The HoReCa section includes hotels, restaurants, catering companies as well as bars, cafés and canteen operators. The Traders section includes small grocery stores and kiosks. The majority of all customer groups are small and medium-sized enterprises as well as sole traders.METRO helps them manage their business challenges more effectively.
The group is headed by METRO AG, which acts as the central management holding company. It handles group management tasks and bundles central management and administrative functions for METRO.
