Probation Period In Odoo HRMS

In a workplace setting, probation is a status given to new employees of a company or business. Thus, it is widely termed as probation period of the employee. This status allows a company manager or supervisor or other company managers to evaluate closely the progress and skills of the newly hired employee. Usually, it is a fixed time at the beginning of employment relationship commonly lasts for three months, six months or a year, and the feature that helps to set a probation period with Odoo HRMS for the employee is very much useful in all the working sectors.

Configuration 

  1. Firstly, Install employees application
    Then, Go to contracts
    Create a contract, in other information tab set End of trial period.
