Phone Call ( ): Scheduled phone calls.

You can schedule activities from various locations in Odoo 17, including:
1. Chatter
To create an activity from the chatter:
Click the Activities button at the top of the chatter.
Fill out the Schedule Activity form.
2. Kanban View
In the Kanban view:
Click the (clock) icon at the bottom of a record.
Select + Schedule An Activity and complete the form.
3. List View
If you prefer the list view:
Ensure the Activities column is visible.

Open Calendar: For calls or meetings, opens the calendar for scheduling.
Schedule: Saves the activity under Planned Activities.
Schedule & Mark as Done: Marks the activity as completed without scheduling it.
Done & Schedule Next: Marks the activity done and prompts to schedule the next one.• Cancel: discards any changes made on the Schedule Activity pop-up window.
Managing Notifications

To see all your scheduled activities:

3. Next Activity:
Chaining Type: Choose between suggesting or triggering the next activity based on the current one.
Suggest/Trigger: Select the follow-up activity from the list.
Schedule: Specify when the next activity should be prompted—after a set number of days, weeks, or months, either after the previous deadline or upon completion.
